GREAT LOCATION. A LOT OF ROOM.

Upon booking I received a warm and concise confirmation email, giving exact directions to the office, our apartment and other key details. As soon as we got to the office we received a lovely greeting, and the check-in process was very easy and quick. We asked about booking a taxi on our final morning, we booked a trip to Auschwitz, and we received an excellent restaurant recommendation. Having already had such a positive first impression of both Poland and My-Krakow-Apartments.com, we were thrilled when we walked in to the apartment. It was large and clean with towels, cleaning products and kitchen items all provided and in excellent order. Our whole trip was very enjoyable, and this was certainly a result of the first class service that we received from My-Krakow-Apartments.com I would recommend booking through My-Krakow-Apartments.com, and we will definitely use them again, either in Poland or in one of the other cities in which they have apartments. Everything about the staff to the apartment itself was fantastic. Staff went out of their way to try to get us reservations for an excursion for the next day.

Position of the flat was excellent!

Beautifully designed interior with plenty of space - we had a toddler with us who enjoyed the space and freedom to move about the apartment. Very clever design. Wonderful location.
